Please let us know if you see anything suspicious

We’re sorry to say that, earlier this week, intruders broke in to the club trying to access some of the outbuildings and storage containers. Unfortunately they manage to steal a number of items including grounds equipment and a trailer.

Please can we ask everyone to keep an eye out for any suspicious activities in and around the club. Just message us or notify a club official if you noticed anything you think is worth reporting.

Let’s use this as a reminder for everyone to make sure we continue to lock and secure all doors, windows, gates, containers etc.

WHAT HAPPENED….
At 11.15pm on Tuesday night two men parked on the junction with Denholmegate Road and Northedge Lane, in two separate cars. Both men then jumped the fence before breaking in to two padlocked areas.

Just after midnight they removed the lock from the front gates, walked back down the road before bringing one of their cars on to site to collect the trailer and other items.

They left the club, heading down Denholmegate Road and then turning left on Northedge Lane at 12.17am

THANK YOU
…to all the local residents who have shared footage of both men and their cars. This footage, along with the footage from the club’s CCTV, has been shared with the Police to further their investigations.
