Fun in the mud of Littleborough

The magnificent 7 plus a rotation of 2 from our hosts laid the platform for a great natured match, in which all girls gave their best and were supportive to each other.

Whilst our girls were slow to start with, disjointed in offense and defence, they soon evolved their game with some solid straight running and support play leading to some good team scores. Tackling was embraced and defence lines managed as a team. A number of very solid individual performances from the girls and a congratulations to Olivier for her first ever score.

Littleborough had some wonderful young runners who demonstrated their speed and skill with some greats scores.

Both sides played the match in the true sense of sportsmanship.
