Membership

Playing membership

Anyone can play. Seniors pick a side from four men's teams and the women's XV; children join the age group for their school year. The RFU requires every player from Under 7s up to be registered on its Game Management System each season, and your team contact will help with that on your first visit.

How to join

What members get

  • Up to 10% off the bar with a membership card
  • Half price clubhouse hire for your own event
  • Priority tickets for Brodstock and the Big Bonfire, which both sell out
  • Six Nations and autumn international ticket applications through the club’s RFU affiliation

Membership fees for 2026/27 are set by the committee and available at the clubhouse.

The rules we play by

Policies & documents

The equity policy and the disciplinary policy are part of the codes of conduct. Health and safety paperwork lives with the club office at Woodhead.

Step by step

How to

Register a junior with the RFU

Every player from Under 7s up must be registered on the RFU’s Game Management System each season. Log in to your RFU account (or create one), then register your child as a player to Old Brodleians. Your team contact can walk you through it.
