Senior men
Four sides means there is rugby here whatever your level — from Regional 2 North East with the Men's 1st XV down to the Beavers, where turning up matters more than the result.

Women
The Women's 1st XV play Sundays. Plenty of the squad had never picked up a rugby ball before joining, so no experience is needed and none is assumed.

Nineteen age-group sides from Brods Tots upward, boys and girls. Sunday mornings at Woodhead. Most children arrive knowing nobody and having never played — that is completely normal here.
