Old Crossleyan and long time friend of the Brods David Thornton has been in touch and would like to thank all those who assisted him on Saturday after the game when he fell ill. In particular he would like to thank Craig Wood for his speedy and caring actions. We are pleased to say that Dave is home and recovering well.

A couple of Brods lads had to leave the field Saturday. Michael Briggs was stretchered off with a leg injury which was revealed as ankle ligament damage. James Millington dislocated his shoulder and sadly this was a reoccurrence of a previous shoulder injury that has sidelined him for sometime. He now need to speak again with his specialist. We obviously wish both players a speedy recovery.
