The West Leeds club were relegated at the end of last season having enjoyed a couple of seasons in North One East and they are currently challenging at the top end of Yorkshire one in 4th place having secured 26 points with 5 wins and 4 losses . Brods are sat in second spot with 37 Points from 8 victories in 8 fixtures . West Leeds have scored 273 points and conceded 209 whilst Brods have themselves scored 180 and conceded 87 .

Last weekend West Leeds lost at home to Heath RFC 15-31 Having recently beaten Selby 16-19 away and Hullensians 62-12 at home .

Usually a touch and physical battle up front the West Leeds side are noted for having some pacey backs and Brods strong defence will need to be maintained if they are to continue their good form.

The Brods seconds desperate for a fixture will travel to Lockwood to play Huddersfield twos in what will be a tough challenge. The Beavers have no fixture arranged at present but will be keen to play and continue their excellent season.

On Sunday the Minis will entertain Yarnbury and the Under 13s and 14s will also play Yarnbury all with 11.00 o’clock kick offs.

The Colts are cat home to Wharfedale and the girls are also at home in the afternoon playing Thornensians.
