All abilities welcome and it’s perfect for those trying rugby for the first time, returning to the game, or those looking to keep ticking over before pre-season officially kicks in. Everyone is more than welcome, and we look forward to seeing you.
For those that can’t do Thursday’s, we also have a group playing from 7pm on Wednesday evening’s too. We hope to see you on either (or both!) nights.

MASTERCLASS: Speed and Agility
In July and August we’re delighted to welcome a dedicated sprint coach to the club. Ben Beverley is a dedicated Speed & Agility Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach and he’ll be running three 50-minute sessions on the dates below. These sessions will be suitable for anyone from the Under 10s upwards.
The sessions will be a prompt 9am start on:

  • Saturday 18th July
  • Saturday 25th July
  • Saturday 1st August

Brods Ramblers
If you’re not already aware, our ramblers meet up at 11am one Thursday a month, setting off from the club to enjoy the local paths and trails of the area. There’s always a stop-off and so far the first four outings have each called in at Shibden Mill Inn, The Bottomley’s Arms, the Pear Tree and Mamil. The next ramble is Thursday 11th June.

MummyFit
Every Thursday morning (weather permitting) we have a group of mum’s with their babies, partaking in some gentle, safe and progressive post natal exercises – led by instructor Ashley. Please head to www.MummyFitUK.co.uk/locations to book on for a free class.
