PLease see below additional details regarding the funeral and particularly the stopping of the funeral cortege at Woodhead at 9.45am on Wednesday 15 July.

The hearse will pull up at the Brods for a 5-10 minute period for club members and other friends to pay their last respects.

The cortège will then drive from Hipperholme via Rastrick and onto Elland Wood Bottom to Park Wood Crematorium Park Road HX5 9HZ.

For other Brods members who may live closer to the Elland area who wish to pay their respects the cortège will pass from the Greetland side of Park Wood crematorium along Elland Wood Bottom. Should anyone wish to gather near the entrance to the crematorium or on Elland Wood Bottom near to the crematorium the cortège Is expected to pass this area from 10.05 am onwards.

Admittance to the crematorium is strictly governed by the Covid regulations unfortunately and a restriction on family members is in place for the service.
